In 2000 or perhaps a little earlier, I met Céline Lambert who was shopping a demo of her vocal work done over tracks from prominent electronic musicians. She wanted to make a record and had already produced a track with Nate Harrison that would later appear on Elapsed Time as “Fish”.
Over the next year or so we produced a couple of tracks together and worked on some vocal production. Céline connected with a number of other producers including Funckarma and Ulrich Schnauss. The record was coming together. By 2003, The Record Camp Label started some preliminary marketing, had a photo session and then the project stalled. I went off to study in England in 2004.
Two years later in 2006, Céline released “Elapsed Time” on M-Tronic in the EU and Art Union in Japan.
